overbooking resources
Just make sure that each room has it's own mailbox, the Resource Scheduling
options have been selected, and appropriate permissions assigned. Once we
identified our hiccup below - it's been smooth...

Never mind - we figured it out. In both situations the person who sent the
first appointment had the Show Time As selected Free instead of Busy, thus
allowing the 2nd appointment to overlap...

Booking as a Resource
We had the same problem and came up with a solution by setting a Rule on the
resource's mailbox. The Rule deletes the email and replies with a message
that says "This appt has been...

We have about 10 conference rooms that have been set up as resources. The big
problem is the rooms are getting overbooked. Someone can send an appointment
from 10-11am and get it accepted, then...
