The global address list is resolved fine - it is just his contacts stored in
outlook that aren't visible. All other users are fine (about 100). We've

Open outlook create new profile check address book settings are correct

check contacts yes they are there

Hi Russ thanks for the reply

I have tried completely removing the MAPI profile and recreating it. And
just removing the address book and adding it again - or renaming it. I've
even re-installed...

Unfortunately no it doesn't work. I've tried renaming the contacts and
moving the shown first option too

Hi guys,

We run outlook 2000/2003 for exchange and for some reason one of our user's
calendar doubles everything up when his blackberry reconciles..

He is running office 2000 sp3 and blackberry...
