The problem with waiting is we have, then, a flock of chicken-and-egg
problems. So I readily accept that this is a two-pass operation, first to

resolved/resolvable Exchange display names/addresses.

The problem is we are reorganizing and all these users are moving Real Soon...

Outlook as default "Sent To" Mail Recipient

I don't think the OP said it was. He just wants to know how to change the
behavior of the Send To Mail Recipient link so that it uses Outlook. Are you
suggesting, maybe, that a WinXP group is more...

On my Outlook 2003 Options|Other|Advanced Options panel, both the Add-In
Manager and COM Add-Ins buttons are disabled. Why? How can I re-enable them?
Is there some registry/policy setting somewhere?...

Not intentionally, that's for sure. It didn't ask if I wanted to start that
way. It did ask about which mail profile to use. It starts from a link in my
startup that I didn't put the safe mode...
