When is that supposed to occur? No one from MS has even attempted to answer
my post or others with the same problem....all I've heard is it is being
"looked into" (and that didn't come from an MS...

during the Office 2003 install process do a custom install and do not...

What to do now? (I have a feeling this is not high on MS priority list.) I
have unsuccessfully attempted to reinstall Outlook 2000...I suspect I will
have to uninstall the entire suite...

I installed Office 2003 upgrade but when I attempt to open Outlook 2003, it
hangs and does not respond. I get the error report that it is caused by an
incompatibility with early versions of WinFax...
