Changing Default View in Outlook 2003 Calendar

Is there anyway to change the default calendar view (Day) to something else,
i.e, 5-day or month view when launching the calendar?

Auto Accept Appointments

I know Outlook accepts as "tentative", but is there a way through a server
setting to mark appointments as "busy"?
This is Outlook 2003 running exchange.

How does Outlook mark appointments that are "tentatively" scheduled (not
accepted) on someone's calendar. Are they marked busy or tentative?

Private Calendars

We are in the process of migrating from GroupWise 6.5 to Outlook 2003, so I
