Appointments and Rules in Outlook 2003
If an appointment comes in and it is moved to another folder through a rule,
how will the appointment show on the calendar? Still tentative??

Auto Accept Appointments
I know Outlook accepts as "tentative", but is there a way through a server
setting to mark appointments as "busy"?
This is Outlook 2003 running exchange.

How does Outlook mark appointments that are "tentatively" scheduled (not
accepted) on someone's calendar. Are they marked busy or tentative?
