custom forms and messgae format

Hi,

Is there a way to create a customize form that will display correctly
regardless of the format the user is configured with. i.e. HTML,Rich text
etc???

Can you read a form using reading pane?

Hi,

Is there a way to view a form if the user has his Outlook configured with
reading pane? I have that turned on for my Outlook and I have to double click
the email in order to see it.

publish form to all users

Hi,

How do I publish a custom form to all users? I read in a previous post to
publish to the organizations forms library but I don't have that option. I
only see personal forms library and outlook...
