"Out Of Office" declines meetings

Folks,

I have a user who who says when their "out-of-office" is set meetings
are declined, when they don't want this to happen. Is there any way to
avoid this?

Thanks for those suggestions, however:-

1) Yes the addresses show as "resolved", that is they are underlined in
the contact display. They are usually external SMPT addresses.

2) Yes, oddly enough...

Folks,

I have a number of users who only see a subset of their contacts in
their address books. This occurs despite the users having valid e-mail
addresses. You can open the "missing" contact item...
