I have the same problem. I have checked everything you recommended and it
still doesn't work. I remember about a month or so ago I followed your
instructions and it worked, only temporarly though....

When using Oe6 I can't click on a web address or hyper link enclosed in the
message. I have to copy and paste the link to the address bar to access the
web site. Can anyone help me with this...
