Upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007
After upgrading from Office 2003 to Office 2007 I cannot open Contact list
that I had in 2003 Outlook. The bar shows the contact folder with 297 items
in it but I get "cannot open this folder"...

Outlook can't connect to Exchange

Since DLs have a limit of 160 members or so when the user is on Exchange,
the way around this problem is to create a DL within a DL.. This is also none

Your code does not produce a DL named AnotherDistributionList in
TestDistributionList. I have tested in on a pst and when connected to
exchange.

Distribution List Resolution with new Contact List
open a dl and select a member and add them to your dl.
if you click on the member you are on their information from the address book.
if you add use the objdstlist.addmember with a recipent object...
