Since this is a forum for Outlook I would have thought that that smartass
question was unnecessary! Carl, in Outlook 2003, look in Tools for Options.
Under the Mail Format tab you'll see a Fonts...

I recently started using Outlook 2003 after years with Outlook 2000 . I (
have XP SP2.) I will sometimes quickly look through my Inbox's new email,
briefly glancing at each one in a lower pane....
