When I browse to the location in Explorer, I see the files.
When I browse to the location from Outlook ImportPST, I see nothing. It
could be that known file types are...

This does not solve the issue. There is no PST file in that directory. That
is where I looked before. It only has an Office Data File (not a PST
extension) called Office Data File and it's only...

By, "alarms" do you mean calander notifications? If so, yes. You have to
share the boss' calander and give permissions to it to the delegates.
