I went there and there was nothing listed for FaxExtension, so I selected
Exchange Extensions from the drop down list and there were 3 items listed ...

I found the file and deleted it with Outlook closed: I then restarted
Outlook and when I attempted to reply to a message, the error reappeared:

I updated to microsoft office outlook 2003 sp2. I set preferences to include
