How do I stop Outlook removing extra line breaks from text mes

I began to be annoyed by this in outlook 2000 and then used 2003 for some
years continuing to grumble quietly to myself while never having been able to
find the option.

Now in 2007 I have the same...

Does anyone else get frustrated when they get an email from someone who has
used their Enter key deliberately to format their text, and then Outlook
discards their formatting and runs everything...

How do I increase font size in the reading pane in Outlook 2007?

Previous versions had a command button to cycle through font sizes tiny
small normal big tiny ...

The nearest I can get in Outlook 2007 is to open the received email in edit
mode and...
