Wow, that is a surprising and seemingly simple oversight. Certainly if
Outlook can be configured to use multiple outgoing accounts and the outgoing
account can be changed just before hitting...

I use multiple POP accounts within Outlook. How may I define which account
is used as the default for each contact? For example, I might define that
e-mails to family members should always go...
