How do you merge multiple, 8-10, PST files into one in 2003?

Folks,
I used to Import feature of outlook to merge several .PST files I had, and
as I found out later, it created a DUPLICATE identical Personal Folders which

I have nearly 12 email accounts for 12 different companies where I do some
maintenance work.

It is tedious, and error prone, to reenter all these with the required
port information and logins and...
