OLK 2k7 - "Through the Selected Account" problem

Outlook is behaving strangly with the "through the selected account"
option.

Each time I restart Outlook the rule fails. When I go in to check on the
rules I get told that the rule is "invalid"....

So, I have Oulook 2007 running on Vista Ultimate- and While I am typing,
Outlook just pauses and starts eating CPU time. Then it stops and all is
fine for a few moments- and then it happens again....
