I have a number of groups set up in OE, and I can't find a way to import
them into Outlook 2007. I can import my contacts, but in Outlook they
appear to be one flat file - all my groups are gone. ...

Bruce,

I installed the Office 2003 English Proofing Tools and it seems to have
fixed the problem.

May I hopefully assume that I didn't break Office 2007 as a result?

I just applied the latest security patches, and now OE (6.00.2900.2180
(xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158) defaults to French in the spelling checker. Of
course, the language set in the control panel is US...
