It could be the PCs are using cached credentials which have expired. This
would point to the PCs not being able to find a DC. To test try changing the
user password on one of the affected PCs by...

Then being new to this, my question would be, how do I leave a copy on the
server? I assumed if Netscape is not open (so does not download messages
until I open it) that the messages should go to...

I am currently trying to change from Netscape Mail (which I have loved using
for years) to Outlook XP 2002. While I am experimenting, I have made Outlook
my default email but also check Netscape...
