I'm not sure where to go from here. When I first set up Outlook (without
BCM) I tried synchronizing and it didn't work. Then I upgraded the BCM and it
does sync with the BCM phone list....

Actually the BCM file does sync with no problems. It's in a seperate folder
that was created by Outlook BCM. I'm just looking for a way to get my

The sync software is Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1.6965.
The phone seems to sync OK with the computer. It copied contacts from
Outlook BCM into the Business Center utiltity in the cell...

Contacts make Outlook sluggish with CPU spiking to 70% every 5 sec

I have a Dell Inspiron E1505 with 2 gig of memory that is running XP and
Outlook 2003, all the latest versions that I’m aware of.

Outlook is causing the CPU usage to peak at 70% for 5 seconds...
