I've decided to do it a differnt way altogether.

I've exported a single contact as a .CSV file to get the field names
and I'm entering the...

Hi All,

I have approximately 400 contacts to be added.

Most of them are in 1 of 2 areas.

1) Auckland International Airport
or 2) Airport Oaks

So when entering:
