Create a new folder in your mailbox. Make it a contact type folder .
Rightclick it, choose properties, access the "outlook address book" tab and
see if you can activate the "show folder as email...

Did you give access to the user by entering his username as "delegate"?
You must have forgotten to uncheck the option "Delegates receive copies of
meeting-related messages..."
Also if you did that,...

rightclick the parent folder, choose PROPERTIES then go to PERMISSIONS tab
