Force e-mail rec'd from one specific domain to plain text

Hi

Does anyone know how to force all e-mail from one specific domain using an
exchange server to be plain text?

We have one specific domain that sends html based e-mail to our Outlook 2003...

It is a legitmate business process - hard to explain if you are not famliar

However, if UserA deletes an item from User B's inbox, the item is
transferred to User A's deleted items...
