As for this problem .. thanks again for the link ... I don't have any of the
programs listed in their list .. but I do use a Logitech Bluetooth cordless
desktop .. I didn't install the sync...

I run Outlook 2007 on Windows XP Pro SP2. When I reboot my computer ... the
first time I start Outlook and go to close it ... It still runs in task
manager. It doesn't use any CPU time so normally...
