How to schedule a follow on meeting?

Instead of duplicating the work of scheduling a follow on meeting request
(ie. inputing attendee list, titling meeting, etc) it would be nice if I
could just copy the meeting (or at least the list...

I want to set up an Outlook 2003 Task that will automatically launch my web
browser and go to a supplied URL at the designated task start time. Is there
a way to do that?
