Sluggish wiewing/ creating new forms
Please help.
Windows XP
Outlook 2003
I may have a problem with cache.
It now takes ~30 seconds to create/view a new calendar appointment. After I
have created/viewed my first appointment,...

Where is my appointment template?
Outlook 2003
I note that if I look at tools/forms/choose form/appointment (in the
Standard Forms Libraray): I receive this notice: "Form Load Failed".
Is this why it takes forever for a blank...

Problem with cache.
When I start Outlook, it takes about 10 secs to display the Outlook Today
Screen. (It used to take 1 sec). When I click on a calendar date, it takes
about 10 secs to create an untiltled event....
