question on meeting sent to a distribution list

I sent a meeting invite to a work group distribution list that I had set up
and now I want to update the invite with more details. When I look at the
scheduling tab I can see the distribution list...

Do not want email addresses to show when sending

We installed the new outlook & when I send multiple or any emails from my
contact list, it shows the addresses of all. Is there a way to turn off this
feature? Many people do not want there...
