Exchange 2007 Mail stuck in Outbox

I have that issue as well - I can send from one e-mail domain but can't from
another e.g can send but on the same server
gets them stuck in OWA -can't send in...

I have many profiles - turns out it was due to another profile - not sure
why that profile effected this profile as they are seperate and have no
accounts in common.
