Now when I try reboot Vista in safe mode and run the outlook program, it
works for a while but soon goes into reconfiguration mode. A look into the
office12 folder find that the files...

Hi,

I have tried uninstalling Norton Antivirus, reinstalling outlook 2007 but
the above error msg still pops up. Even tried to rename the .manifest file
but to no avail.

My OS is Vista Home...
