Sharepoint calendar + Outlook calendar (drag/drop)

We have Sharepoint 2007 running along with our Outlook 2007.

I can bring up calendars side by side as detailed here..

linking SharePoint Contacts with Exchange / Outlook

We have setup SharePoint 2.0 with a Contacts list.
We have also linked it to our Exchange / Outlook
vis the "link to Outlook" link on the SharePoint List.

Question -
How is the mapping of fields...

creating Time & Expense entry / reporting system

We are running SBS 2003 with Exchange, Outlook 2003, & Sharepoint.

Just starting to browse and read about Outlook & Sharepoint with regard
to creating forms, applications, etc...
