Removing National Holidays from Outlook 2007

I have added holidays from numerous countries for interest but have found out
that they have to be clicked on to remove them.

How do I remove them all quickly and start again?

Can a small office share calendars, tasks, etc. without Exchange?

We are a church office with 3 computers. We want to be able to share
calendar, task, etc. with each other without using (purchasing) Microsoft
Exchange. Is there another way?

Does this "Namespace.Logon" apply to all versions of Outlook, or to just
Outlook 2003 and later?

Also, Did was there an update to Outlook...
