multiple recipients on one email address

We are using Exchange...
Is there a way to set up an email address, so that multiple people in the
office would all be sent the email? We work on projects as a group, and it
woudl be so much easier...

remember email addresses

Outlook normally will 'remember' and email afte ryou type it in, but I have
a couple computers that won't do this.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get it to remember them? Office 2003
