How do I create unique category labels for global shared calendars

Trying to create a set of category labels for a company calendar that is
different and seperate from my local category labels.

how do i show the whole of a subject line in the month view?

in the month view of the calendar I want to show all of the subject details
of an appointment, not just part of it. Any ideas?
