how do i see conflict details when scheduling meetings

Hello,

when scheduling a recurring meeting, outlook reports something like "5
instances of this recurring appointment conflict with...". How do i see the
details of those conflicting entries,...

Unable to view the contacts in the TO field

I am able to view contacts , in the outlook 2003 tab , but in the TO field of
a new message dialog box, I am unable to view the contacts

I have to share series of meetings with others as .csv file. How?

Outlook should let me set the default value for 'Show time as'

In Outlook 2003, repeatedly when I create an appointment I have to reset the
'Show time as' value from the default, as the default is usually not what I
want. It would be nice if I were able to set...
