I had the same problem until I tried it from the other direction. Instead of
exporting from Outlook to Access, try importing your Outlook from Access.

Search folder: Last 7 Days
That is exactly what had originally tried, but I did not notice that the
result was ordered by Folder rather than by Date. So, all I saw was my Inbox
stuff, but not my Sent stuff.
