Clicking News only gets me the System 1033 folder! Help!

I installed the News button on Outlook 2003, but every time I click it, it
opens up a Syystem folder labeled 1033! Actually, the News button installed
twice on the Go menu. Perhaps that has...

Newgroup installation!? The Help is all wrong!

I tried to follow the "Help" in Outlook 2003 to install Newsgroups, but when
it told me to click and drag News from the command tab, I couldn't because
News wasn't there!

Help!
