This is on Vista. I am syncing to window mobile 6.1. Birthdays (almost all)
are showing as occuring every 12 years on the Vista machine -- not on the
handheld!

birthday flaw
It is quite possible that I modified on the device. The way I understood this
to work is a seamless interface not mattering whether I am on the device, on
my exchange mail or on my personal PC....

Only the non-exchange machine has the issue.
OK - a follow-up question. If I used the addin from rsoutlook, will this
then replicate to the handheld and result in multiple copies of the birthdays...

What is /recycle switch
I installed Outlook 2007. After shutting down, I found the icon in menu at
bottom right of screen and used it to start Outlook. I reconfigured Outlook.
I now see the icon had the /recycle switch....

Outlook works fine using manual retrieve with check mail frequency turned
