2007 Change day & week view?

Outlook 2007
In the day and week views is there a way to only show busy times? By
this I mean that if the only thing I have scheduled for a day is an 8
PM appointment it will not show up in the day...

Outlook printing plug-in?

I did as you suggested (in the week view) but they still are compressed. I
closed and reopened Outlook (2003) and they are still compress with the
option unchecked.

Default PST file?

I'm sorry Sue, I see how to make one email account the default email account
not the pst. I guess we'd just better forget about it. Sorry to have

File | Data File Management, first of all there is no tabs of any kind on
the box that comes up. It lists the two pst files that I have in a large
box on the left. On the right there...

That makes most appointments unreadable and doesn't leave room for evening

Outlook 2003

In the week view Saturday and Sunday are shown about 1/2 the size of the
other days. Is there any way to make all 7 days equal in size?

to the new folder and then chose File/Open/Outlook Data File and opened the
file in the location it was copied to. ...

Address Book Question Please

If I am understanding you correctly Sue I could put the fax number in a
phone number field such as "Other" or "Telex" and then it wouldn't show up
in the address book?

When I bring up my address book all people with fax numbers in my contact
list are listed even if they have no email address. If they have both an
email & fax number they are listed...
