Importing from Parsons' Address Book 7.0

It offers: Mail Merge, Comma Delimited, Fixed Width, HTML Document,
Membership Plus, Phone Tree and Tab Delimited.

When I save the file, it adds : .ab2

Thanks

Importing from Parsons' Address Book 7.0

Our Church uses Parsons' Address Book 7.0. We would like to import these
names and addresses into Outlook 2003 Contacts. Is this possible?

When I set up a meeting or appointment, I would like to have defaults for
Reminder set at 1hour and Free/Busy set at Busy. Is there any way to set
these defaults? I can't find it.
