ok, just figured it out. i had accidentally put "stationery" as "blank"
instead of as "none". that is what was causing the problem. just thought
i'd share in case anyone else ever has this...

i have been having the same problem and my computer tech support guy at the
office couldn't even figure it out. he told me to do a search for this
problem which is how i came accross your post. ...
