Same problem

Hurray got the solution from Scott on howtogeek.com

Ran Office Diagnostics it did not find anthing wrong but message no longer
pops up.

Funny thing is Office Diagnostics did generate a program...

OK created new profile and followed ALL THE instructructions step by step
exactly in the Help file. Also had my ISP provider suggest solutions nothing
worked they are as stumped as I am.

Created a new account still get error message. made new .pst the default,
still error message. renamed old .pst still get error message removed old
..pst still get error message.

No I Haven't. This is my bosses new computer and he kept all his old emails
and deleted files since 2005. I did remove 2005 & 2006 emails before moving
them but he wants as many of the old ones as...
