In my many years of using H/PC, PPC, and WM5/6, it shouldn't make a
difference - if it isn't resolved, the entries on the PPC would not
have made it across to populate a new Outlook installation,...

Sorry. I forgot to mention that I added my personal accounts to see if
this problem could be resolved with email accounts - not that it made a
difference to the problem :(

Thanks. Actually I knew the behavior you described, but the problem is
that no entry is visible even AFTER I have added email accounts.

I did forget to mention if I add a new entry to Contacts it...
