I find that this only fails on the Outlook 2007 version. All users using the
Outlook 2003 version work properly.

Outlook 2007 Exchange 2007 Issue

I installed a new Exchange 2007 server. I have noticed that some users try to
setup an Out Of Office Assistant message but the error "Server Is
Unavailable" keeps popping up.
