Backup & Restore

How do I backup and restore Outlook 2003? Also, can I move the place where
Outlook stores its data so that I don't have to backup and restore everytime
I formate and reinstall Windows XP.

It's happened now a couple of times. People send me e-mails that I never
get. The person phones me and says, "Did you get my e-mail?"

My answer is "No."

"OK, then I will resend it," they say....

When I open Microsoft Outlook and click New to begin a new e-email, I would
like to type just a few letters of the persons name to whom the e-mail will
go and have Outlook auto complete that name....
