Time scale change in registry?

Ron and Diane,

I posted a question not having seen Ron's post. I am trying accomplish
something similar by trying to add a new appointment for a 45 minute meeting
or a 1 hour and 15 minute meeting...

new. The untitled appointment box pops up with Start time with date and
8:00AM in the drop down box, and with End...

Is there a way to change the default times in the drop down box when entering
an appointment in my calendar to include quarter hours. I have a number of
appointments that start on the quarter hour...
