How do put the same note onto all contacts within a catagory?

I'm using Outlook 2003 & I have several contacts in the same catagory. How
can I put a note or journal entry onto all the contacts within the catagory?
I do NOT want to copy /paste the note onto...

How do I center a journal entry into several contacts at the same time. I
have changed my contacts to show only the contacts within the same catagry,
but I haven't been able to post the same...

I'm using Outllook 2003. I would like to add all the members of a specific
catagory to a distribution list. Does anyone know how to do this?
