Publishing a Custom Form to Multiple Locations

eek.,... i am having another problem now in that it shows a MAPI error and
says items cannot be created in the root of a public folder.
is this something to do with my system permissions or am i...

Thanks,
I have just found out its a matter of getting the right permissions in the
folder in order to save the form in the public folder i need.
Hopefully first thing tomorrow morning when everyones...

I am trying to create a template form for appointment entries in a calendar
which is situated in my public folders.
I have created the appointment form, however i am not 100% on where to save...
