HELP ME PLEASE!

Are there any emails sitting in your outbox? How many entries in your
data source? Have you tried to do the merge with an excel file with
just a few (maybe a dozen) entries to start?

Sounds like your Outlook is either offline or it is polling the wrong
email server (ie wrong server name inputted during account
configuration).

Create a second Outlook profile that you use only when away from the
office and has your IMAP account as its only configured email account.

Any FREAKIN' way to import DBX files into Outlook 2003

Can't import dbx files directly into Outlook. But you can import from
Outlook Express which has those files open into Outlook:

Can't see embedded pics but....

OK, so on my laptop's Outlook 2003, any embedded pics/graphics in an
HTML email get the red x. But on my desktop's Outlook 2003, they all

Caching stops Outlook from sending

Hi Diane,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, first thing we did was create a new Outlook
profile. Unfortunately, it didn't help; same issue.
