How do I get a count of how many contacts I have in each folder?

How do I get a count of how many contacts I have in each folde

That only shows me folders that are under "Contacts." Mine are Public Folders.

I also need to know how many total contacts I have, not just "unread"
contacts which is what the status bar showed....

have 5 different folders that all have at least 1000 contacts in them and I
