The function cannot be performed because the message hasbeen changed

Try installing Microsoft Office 2003 SP3. It fixed the problem for me right away.

Try installing Microsoft Office 2003 SP3. It fixed the problem for me and several other fellow employees right away. We haven't been having any problems anymore.
