it is not only the outlook bar but also under the menu "GO" the short cuts
there are incorrect.

Add extra mailboxes to users outlook.

Create a security group with the users you want. Then add that security
group to the mailbox/public rights. Then you just have to manage the
security group from now on.

I do not know if there is an add in but you could use a mass mailer program
like Kingmailer or many out there. You can schedule things to run based on
time, etc.

You could even write a script to...

I would check the Event Viewer in the Exchange server.

Do you receive LDAP errors (MSExchangeAL) and/or Topology
(MSExchangeDSAccess)?

If you have always experience this problem, this is your mail account
setting. Contact either support if through a 3rd party host or your email
administrator if in a corporate enviroment.

Outlook Shortcut problem

Oddest thing occured. The main shortcuts on the bottom left of Outlook 2002
no longer point to the appropriate folders. Even using the "Go" shortcuts
do not work.

I can access the folders going...
